    TWM are seeking an Office Manager/Executive Assistant to work in the TWM Dublin Office


    Qualifications


    – Minimum 5 years’ experience


    – Organisational, planning and multi-tasking skills


    – Communication skills


    – Information gathering and information monitoring skills


    – Problem analysis and problem-solving skills


    – Judgment and decision-making ability


    – Initiative


    – Professionalism and confidentiality


    – Attention to detail and accuracy


    – Flexibility


    – Experience with Xero Accounting Software an advantage


    Responsibilities


    – Preparation of documents to a high standard for sales pitches, reports, tenders and presentations using MS Office


    – Diary management


    – Management of membership and compliance for various professional bodies for all staff and company


    – Experience with GPDR/Compliance an advantage


    – Travel and accommodation arrangements, both nationally and internationally


    – Event Management – Organising facilities and details such as catering, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional materials etc.


    – Liaise with clients as required regarding any requests/issues/enquiries


    – Account management for all clients and suppliers – sales & purchases, debt management, bank reconciliations, expenses and petty cash


    – Facilities Management-managing all aspects of meeting room bookings, maintenance of all printers and supplies of same, maintaining client/supplier databases, ordering stationery/kitchen supplies, dealing with Property Manager for Dublin and Galway offices


    – Digital marketing and website management; point of contact for all IT queries


    – HR administration regarding annual leave, absenteeism and personal information


    – Assist with new employee with set up
