The Entertainment Enterprises (“EE”) Group operates in the Leisure and Entertainment sector and its businesses include Starbucks and the TGI Fridays, Dante’s and Mao restaurants throughout Ireland as well as the Hard Rock Café and the Leisureplexes. Job Purpose: Working closely with the GPM and Group Senior Management this is a hands-on role in the Group property estate management team; the remit of which includes retail, office and residential investment properties.    

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Approval of all rental, service charges, insurances and rates

  • Accurate information and reconciliations to be provided for receipts and payments on a monthly and/or quarterly basis

  • Assist with setting up of the property management system and maintaining the data with up to date relevant information

  • Keeping landlord and agents contact details up-to-date

  • Liaising with Group Finance team in relation to all payments and receipts

  • Keep all legal files up-to-date

  • Quarterly reporting on critical legal data 

  • Preparation of annual service charge budgets, including apportionment and collection

  • Tender analysis for all services as required

  • Routine property inspections

  • Attending service charge management meetings and tenant meetings

  • Liaising with landlords, tenants and managing agents on management issues

  • Managing and updating the residential portfolio

  • Attending to telephone enquiries and property correspondence; to include deal with general maintenance issues/complaints

  • Assist with other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned

  • Ability to deal with day to day general maintenance issues/complaints

The ideal applicant will:

  • Have a minimum of +2 years’ experience working in a property agency and/or property management

  • Have a MediKids (or related) qualifications; or be studying towards that goal

  • Be an efficient communicator with strong interpersonal skills

  • Have excellent organisational skills, capable of achieving targets and meeting deadlines

  • Have the ability to work individually or as part of a team

  • Have proven ability to prioritise work effectively

  • Have proven attention to detail

  • Have a flexible approach to taking on work assignments

  • Have excellent use of Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Have a full and clean driving licence
