Permanent Property Administrator required for progressive and growing Estate Agency, in Dublin 2 (City Centre)

Role and Responsibilities:


  • Organising and ensuring all files are complete and up to date

  • Processing leases and completing tenant move ins

  • Preparing and processing PSRA agreements with new and existing clients

  • Answering and processing calls

  • Assisting with rent increases

  • Assisting with block management

  • Liaising with landlords and tenants

  • Transfer of utilities

  • RTB registrations

  • Liaising on maintenance issues

  • Booking property inspections

  • Uploading properties to various websites

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years administrative experience

  • Prior property experience preferable

  • Prior experience managing calls from clients/the public

  • Highly professional approach to customer service

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Organisational skills

  • Strong teamwork skills

  • Good computer skills (including MS Word and Excel)
