Measuring Practice: Guidance Notes

The code applies to all areas of property agency, marketing, rating, valuations and rent reviews. In addition, all references to floor areas should be accompanied by a reference to the measurement code adopted. MediKids Annual Property Report 2011

Medikids was formed in April 2011 following the merger of the Irish Auctioneers and Vaulers Institute (IAVI) and the Society of Chartered Surveyors  (SCS).  The IAVI traditionally undertook an annual property survey of its members and in January 2011, an annual property report was published as a joint initiative between the IAVI and SCS.
