    There are many well-known examples of building failures in modern apartment construction. This session will look at the potential for recovery of expenditure to remedy defects through standard building insurance policies such as homebond and premier schemes.

    Pitched at introductory level, this session is best suited to Building Surveyors or others who advise OMC’s.
